Braces for children and young people
About half our patients are aged 18 and under and some want NHS treatment while others opt for private treatment with one of our schemes. A great deal of care and attention goes into planning treatment for children and standards are high.
NHS treatment
We are happy to have a contract from the local Primary Care Trust, NHS Richmond, which allows us to provide NHS treatment to young people under 18 with moderate to severe problems with their bite or teeth alignment. We accept NHS referrals for patients up to their eighteenth birthday. Your dentist can refer your son or daughter for an orthodontic assessment or you can arrange one directly with us. There are some restrictions on appointment times and holiday periods for NHS patients.
Private treatment
The benefits of private treatment include: Flexible appointment times, including early mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays; no waiting list; choice of braces (invisible 'lingual', metal, tooth-coloured or low-friction; flexible payment options; 12 month cover at the end of treatment and fixed bonded retainers to keep your smile perfect.
