Adult Fees

All adult treatment is private and the fee covers everything. Costs vary, depending on the system:

Comprehensive orthodontic treatment with fixed aesthetic (ie tooth-coloured) braces from £3800 - £4800

Comprehensive invisible lingual braces from £7000 - £8000

Aligner tray systems from £3500

We provide a range of payment options including 5% discount for advance payment and interest free monthly payment plans. Young people under the age of 18 with moderate to severe problems with their bite can be treated on the NHS, although there may be a short wait for treatment. Many young patients also opt for private treatment and we have three treatment bands. The fees can be paid in installments to spread the load.
