Invisible braces
There are two kinds of invisible systems: lingual which means tongue-side and involves braces fitted behind the teeth and aligner systems, which are transparent trays fitted snugly onto the teeth to move them into new positions.
Lingual systems, such as Incognito™, involve braces tailor-made to fit behind your teeth. The brackets are small and move your teeth to new positions with minimum interference and absolute discretion! These are the latest development in the treatment of adults.
Aligner systems, like Clearstep™ and Invisalign™, consist of transparent trays fitted over the teeth to gently move them to new positions. There can be anything from five to twenty-five aligners. These are worn full time, but as they are clear, the appliances are virtually invisible. Ideal for mild to moderate problems.
