From the outset everybody was so lovely and reassuring. We had to make an emergency appointment and Paul was there immediately, no hanging around. If not for his calm, positive approach I doubt this would have been the lovely experience it has been. My daughter now has lovely teeth thanks to him and she has bags of confidence. (Not always a good thing!)

I shall be bringing my son here to have his teeth ‘straightened’ without a second thought. Mum of EH aged 13
