Before I had my braces my teeth were crooked. I was always conscious of my smile. I had been to two other Orthodontists before but I was unhappy with them. Right from the start the people at Thames Orthodontics were friendly, helpful and explained everything carefully. Having braces didn’t hurt, only a little bit when they were tightened every now and then. I was also very worried about getting my braces removed but it was fine. It was a bit scary about eating things because some things had to be cut up very small as not to break the braces. As soon as my braces were off I felt really happy with my new smile.
